In the latter stages of August we are attending the IUFoST conference in Cape Town, South Africa to present two papers. One on Kingklip freshness and the other on Carbon Footprints in the fishing industry.
We work with companies globally to enhance their processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs by focussing on production, product development, environmental programmes and quality management systems.
Where necessary, we are able to work in interim management capacities to enhance turnaround programmes and on coaching or mentoring staff as required.
Our focus is to align product, technical processes & systems and environmental management systems with company strategy to allow for continuing growth.
