Dear admin can you please tell me what is thisInterim management about?
Dear Mubashir
Interim management is based on an organisation hiring an experienced manager for a specific project or department, providing expertise, managing change or fulfilling line management responsibilities for a defined period.
The aim is to work within the organisation by becoming a part of the organisation and being responsible for implementing change, rather than just making recommendations on how the change should be implemented as a consultant would do.
This function is only performed for a limited amount of time, generally on a short-term fixed contract that is delimited by time or by the achievement of specific objectives.
